FiberClassic Boat Manufacturing and PowerSports Distribution Company Limited Transferable Warranty We warrant that FiberClassic Boat and WaveRider Marine products have been manufactured free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty extends to the original purchaser commencing upon the date of purchase and is transferable to subsequent owners of the same FiberClassic Boat or WaveRider Marine product for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date by the first consumer. All warranty claims must have a Return Authorization Number, issued by FiberClassic Boat, WaveRider Marine or other authorized dealer, clearly written on the outside of the container. Disassembly of any FiberClassic Boat or WaveRider Marine product without prior approval or by an unauthorized repair center will void your warranty claim. Any claim made under this warranty shall be made by an authorized repair center only and during the warranty period and for the product on which the claim is based. The defective or damaged part(s) must be returned to FiberClassic Boat or WaveRider Marine for inspection within 30 days of the repair, or credit will not be issued. The claimant must provide a valid invoice, receipt or service ticket which identifies the part(s) and/or accessories and the date of purchase. Also, the purchaser must provide the part number, serial number and HIN (Hull identification number), along with a written statement declaring the specific use for each part that was installed, including boat and engine model and serial numbers(where applicable), purchasers name and address, whether part was installed by a qualified mechanic/technician, or by the purchaser(only when approved as is/where the part(s) are deemed to be end-user replaceable), and should include a statement with the suspected reason for the failure of the part. This warranty, for obvious reasons, does not cover any product that has been subject to rust or corrosion, alteration or modification, accident, negligence (e.g. lack of lubrication), misuse, or alteration or removal of model or serial numbers. Engine warranty claims due to pre-ignition and/or detonation or water ingestion will not be honored. All products submitted for a warranty claim must have been properly installed, operated, and maintained, and not used for anything other than that which has been expressly recommended including but not limited to sanctioned or unsanctioned racing or other competitive sport. We will also not warranty any part for any reason if damaged by any act of nature, theft, willful act, or accident. Any warranty implied by law is limited to the duration of this warranty. Neither FiberClassic Boat Manufacturing nor WaveRider Marine shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty relating to the products other than those provided herein. The FiberClassic Boat Manufacturing and Powersports Distribution Company and the WaveRider Marine Company; limit the obligations under this warranty to the repair or replacement (our option) of the defective part(s). We further reserve the right to repair or replace (our option) any other parts which are damaged as a result of defects in material or workmanship at $75.00/hr (labor rate is subject to change without notice). This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty. There are no obligations or further liabilities on any part(s) other than those stated herein. This shall serve as the claimant’s exclusive remedy.
